Our Products

For some of our products, we offer two sizes that differ in width and length. Please view our size guide to gain a better understanding on the size difference. The size guide is available on each product page and at the footer of the website!

At Wove, every item is handmade and uniquely crafted, so no two pieces are exactly alike. There may be slight differences in thread color, fabric shade, and texture. These variations are natural, and we’re committed to ensuring you receive a beautifully crafted piece. Please note that different lighting, and monitor displays may cause the colours to appear slightly different.

We strive to maintain consistent quality across all products, but pleas note that variations in texture may arise from the different dye processes used for different colors. These subtle differences are a natural part of the manufacturing process and do not impact the product’s overall durability. Rest assured, our commitment to high-quality standards remains unwavering.

Returns & Exchange

We do not facilitate returns or refunds. However in the event that you receive an incorrect order or a faulty item, we are committed to arranging a return for a refund or exchanging the items at no additional expense. We have a 5-day return policy on the grounds of receiving a faulty/damaged item, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

 

 

To start a return, you can contact us at contact@wovescarves.com . If your return is accepted, we will send you all required information on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Shipping

We offer free shipping within the UAE for orders AED200 and up. There will be a shipping fee of AED15 for the orders below AED 200 within UAE.

For international orders outside of those listed above, we offer express shipping options via DHL.

Please note that customs fees vary country-to-country and are totally up to the country of import. They’re calculated from the weight and size of the package.

Orders are processed during regular business hours. Orders placed after our cutoff time (generally early afternoon) will be processed and shipped on the following business day. Yes, we ship WORLDWIDE! International orders typically require 1-2 days for processing and 3-7 business days for delivery depending on the destination country. Customers will receive shipping updates via email shortly after placing their order.
