UAE Shipping

Orders within the UAE will be delivered 2-3 business days after processing. We deliver to all Emirates and are pleased to offer FREE delivery for orders that exceed 200 aed.

Worldwide Shipping

Yes, we ship WORLDWIDE! International orders typically require 1-2 days for processing and 3-7 business days for delivery depending on the destination country. Customers will receive shipping updates via email shortly after placing their order.

Return Policy

Please note that all items are final sale, and cannot be returned on the grounds of: 

  • Change of mind. 
  • Refusal of customs charges for overseas customers. 

We do not facilitate returns or refunds. However in the event that you receive an incorrect order or a faulty item, we are committed to arranging a return for a refund or exchanging the items at no additional expense. We have a 5-day return policy on the grounds of receiving a faulty/damaged item, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To start a return, you can contact us at contact@wovescarves.com . If your return is accepted, we will send you all required information on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Processing Time

We try our best to process the orders on the same day of the order, however, please expect delays during big launches.
